3/5-ply automatic corrugation plant
The corrugation line is the core of the plant. Mill roll stands, pre-heaters, single facer, glue unit, double facer, slitter-scorer, cut-off and stacker produce corrugated board in 3, 5 or 7 ply. Line speed is 100–250 m/min and paper width 1400–2500 mm, with A, C, B, E and F flutes available. Electrical parts are ABB or Schneider; motors and reducers are TECO.
