More than a box supplier
Master Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. was established in 1989 and manufactures corrugated cartons and boxes in Karachi. We work to customer quality standards, a competitive price structure, and the delivery schedule agreed for each order.
Since 1989 we have supplied corrugated packaging against real manufacturing demand, without cutting the quality of the finished carton.
We treat the relationship as a working partnership rather than a one-off box order. Board grade, flute, print and joining are selected around the product, the load and the packing line.
The plant in North Karachi has been upgraded with fully and partly automated machinery so corrugation, cutting, printing and finishing stay consistent from sheet to dispatch.

From paper to dispatched carton
Paper in
Kraft liner and fluting are received and checked before they enter the plant.
Corrugate
The corrugation line forms 3, 5 or 7-ply board at the required flute and width.
Cut and crease
Sheets are cut, creased and slotted to the carton style and size.
Print
Flexo printing is applied where the order needs branding or handling marks.
Join
Cartons are glued or stitched, then inspected and packed for dispatch.
Flute profiles
Larger flutes give cushioning and stacking strength. Smaller flutes print more cleanly and fold into tighter cartons. We match the flute to the product rather than running one board for every order.
- B flute
- About 1/8 in, 42–50 flutes per foot
- Good stacking strength and crush resistance. Common for canned goods and display packs.
- C flute
- About 11/64 in, 39–43 flutes per foot
- A widely used middle profile with a balance of cushioning, stacking and print. Used for glass, furniture and dairy.
- E flute
- About 1/16 in, around 94 flutes per foot
- A thin board with high crush resistance and a smooth print surface. Suited to die-cut custom cartons.
Quality
Quality is checked from incoming paper through corrugation, converting and dispatch. The aim is a carton that meets the agreed specification and arrives on the date we committed to.
